HOW WE CAN HELP YOU

We firmly believe that operating on a 1-1 basis gets the best results. Working with high-net-worth individuals or busy professionals, we have an entire team of experienced professionals we work with that can build said investor their portfolio from the comfort of their own home.  

  • Our first step is to source the property, then we begin to advise on all aspects of planning, licensing, building regulations and the compliance necessary to get a property tenant ready.
  • We then manage the refurbishment of the project to ensure that the schedule of works is adhered to, including keeping costs and completion time frames accurate. 
  • Once the refurbishment is complete, we will organise the handover to a local, competent lettings agent (or SA management company) so that they can organise marketing for the right type of tenant to ensure your investment comes with as little hassle as possible.

HOW IT WORKS

There are two ways to work with our investment team at Eastley Estates.

Portfolio Building

The first is our Portfolio Builder service on a retained and exclusive basis. Once we have established your criteria, we will take our service delivery fee and sign a contract with you.

The contract will lay out the terms of our agreement with you as well as our full money back guarantee. At this point we will collate your ID, proof of address and proof of funds ready to start looking for properties for you.

The money back guarantee we offer is five properties that meet your pre-agreed criteria within a 12-week period or you can request a full refund.

Fixed Returns

The second way to work with us is that you invest with us.

This means that you invest an agreed amount of capital, and then we give you said capital back at an agreed date with a healthy amount of interest added.

All loans are personally guaranteed by us, giving you full protection.

This means that you will make money from property without every having to own it, plus the interest rates we offer are typically 3X better than the banks, so a no brainer if you want a low risk way of making your money work harder.
